How to load Homebrew 3.0?

Hi, I have a question. I have recently used the installer to download the Homebrew set (No wifi) at the root of my SD card. However, I don't know how to load it! Do I run one of the apps on the Homebrew channel of do I still use the Stage Builder method? Thanks in advance.
