I know MLG Dallas is really going for reaching the cap this year, so I thought I'd make some suggestions.
1. Get rid of 2 of your best players. Remember that Wimbledon Final without Federer and Nadal? Remember those Olympics without Canada and the USA (edit: I was referring to Hockey btw)? Remember that Super Bowl without New England and New York? New England actually cheated that year, so all the fans were super happy when they didn't play in the season.
2. Make sure you make all of your decisions quickly, before all of the facts are out. That way you can make sure that thousands of lies are swarming around everywhere, which will make your reputation shoot up like a rocket! Not to mention the fact that it ruins the reputation of any players involved.
3. Put yourselves out there as harsh rule enforcers, more concerned with the growth of your company than the excitement of the games. If there's one thing all players love when they go to MLG, it's the success of the business. They could care less about seeing their favourite players play. (Btw, this isn't actually the case with you guys, but as I said we're talking about reputation).
On a less sarcastic note, I really don't care about whether or not Brawl gets picked up next year, I just felt bad that 2 people are getting royally screwed, BEFORE all the information is even available yet.
A lot of the people you hear from supporting the ban of M2K and ADHD are just happy because they're going to be getting more money now.
