How to Download Parts of Melee Tourney streams with audio

How do i do it?

There is a tourney I went to, that I want to upload my battles!

Please Help!

you'll need access to the stream account, then download the .flv files and convert to .mpeg or .avi

Most tournaments that stream don't like people uploading their matches in full since they will usually do it themselves. Always check with the tournament streamer/host to check if you can upload matches taken from their stream.

I have permission to upload matches, but there's not audio!

They could of recorded with Xsplit and used the Xsplit audio codec, which isn't played by many common things. You will have to convert it to .mp4 or something to hear the audio (even youtube might require you to upload the .mp4 and not the original since last I tried I think it didn't convert the audio to be legible by itself)

To download past streams you don't have the account of, I've used Ant video Firefox plug-in: it downloads whatever 30min segment you are viewing: though sometimes it's hard to get it to download each segment if it's many hours.
