How to calculate knockback distance, and running speed from 0?

Hello! I'm looking at the character attributes (like dash acceleration and terminal velocity), and there's quite a lot. Can someone tell me how to figure out exactly how far I'll move after I start running? Or jumping?

Similarly, how can I figure out how far I'll knock someone back with an attack?

My goal is to put together a formula to find out if I can combo one move into another.

For example, I would like to know if I can use Zelda's Fsmash on Bowser at 0%, then run forward and Usmash.

And I'd especially like if I could account for DI. Can someone please tell me how to do all that, or help me figure it out?
