How Solid Snake should be unlocked

I think that in order to unlock Snake in Brawl, you should have to get Zero Suit Samus with Samus' Final Smash. Because I know that as soon as I see Zero Suit Samus, I'm going to get a Solid Snake.

Personally, I like the idea of incorperating the famous Konami code (since Snake is from Konami of course) to unlock him. I doubt it's going to be this method, but it would be nice to see a Konami tradition included with its character.

Eh, that sounds like a really dumb way to unlock someone and I can bet if Snake is unlockable (Depending if Sakurai changed his mind or not) that will not be the way to unlock Snake.

Rather dumb actually. I think you need to unlock ALL the 1st party fighters before you can unlock the 3rd party fighters.

Maybe for the other possible two, but Snake was one of the first confirmed characters before most of the characters shown on the site. At least let him be available relatively early in the game.

Doesn't change anything. Just because he's been revealed on the site doesn't mean he's not hidden. It doesn't say anywhere on the site about hidden characters. Mario could be hidden for all we know.

Wrong. Sakurai said that 3rd party characters will be treated like "guests", and they will be unlockable.

You need to go trough the entire subspace without being noticed, stealth mode like metal gear, only then u are worthy of fighting snake XD

Snake seems like someone you'd get by completing a certai number of Break The Targets. Why? I don't know.

I can already see all the Youtube videos and Forum Animated Gifs on it... And the 1st post DID sound like that once Zero Suit Samus comes. Dirty Ol' Snake will want to **** her. I think he'll be unlocked through a special alternative match in Adventure Mode, like Luigi in Melee.

Snake will probably be unlocked by either playing alot of vS. matches, completing Subspace Emissary or classic mode multiple times, or by completing some kind of mini-game, and btw Zero-Suit Samus will DEFINETLY get ***** by Snake once he sets his eyes on her, oh i can see it now

The Konami code is the first thing that came to my mind when I learned that Snake would be unlockable. Although where you enter it would be a problem. You couldn't do it at the initial "Press Start" screen, because you probably wouldn't get to choose what character you wanted to fight Snake with. I guess maybe you could pause the game in a verse match against the CPU, and then enter it. Atleast that way you would already have a character that you wanted to use selected.

It should be the Konami code. It should say it on the back of the box, like the codec you need in MGS1.

Yes they could. You must use stealth tactics to make the player fall off the stage on his own. Items are plausible, since they're weapons, not player-on-player physical contact.
