My advice would be that you need to fastfall more to speed up your game. There are rarely any shffl's from you in any match. You hit the majority of your L cancels, which is good. But you follow up an aerial with an Utilt alot of the time. It's a good move, especially against spacies, but being predictable is never good lol.

There's a lot of times when the two of you just pause for a half a second, or a full second, multiple times in a match. Sometimes it's mutual even lol. Mindgames? Try and keep moving.

I wish it was mindgames for me, but my playstyle is generally lazy, so i generally stop for no reason, it a habit im trying to lose though, the night where i was hyped up (don't ask for a reason i just was) was probably the only night where i actually lost that habit for a solid 3 hours.

Yeah, that's is exactly what I was thinking. Fastfalling is essential to being able to follow up with Marth, since he's such a combo-based character. You need to hit down on the analog stick everytime you reach the peak of your jump (that includes full jumps and double jumps). It will make you ridiculously faster.

Also, you need to start dashdancing a lot more. It's crazy how easy it becomes to avoid Fox's approaches if you just dash away from him and pivot grab.

There's a lot of work that needs to be done here. For one thing, play faster. Learn how to incorporate wavedashing into your game and practice using it with the platforms so you can control the stage a little bit better.

Grab Fox at low %s. If you're at the ledge, it's a free gimp. Otherwise you can go for the CG and get at least 40% for free.

You need to work on spacing. The only spacing I saw was a wavedash back and then standing there or crouching. Move around. USE SHFFL'D AERIALS. Again, play faster. I saw a few empty full hops that weren't even fastfall'd.

I hate to be harsh, but if the Fox was any good, you'd have been combo'd to death four times in less than a minute and a half.

I saw attempts to gimp Fox in the 6th match using Dolphin slash, which was okay. There was also some SHFFLing. But for the gimp, try and go for the first hit of your Blade Dance (SideB). That will stop Fox's charging of UpB and he'll drop. You just need to grab the edge and he's dead. As for the SHFFLing, you can improve it by actually spacin what you're doing.

tl;dr - You play too slowly. You miss a lot. You need to learn the matchup. You need to learn how to play off the stage. You play too slowly.
