Smash Wii U How many frames does it take to turn around?

What I mean by a "turn around" in this case is the animation of a character flipping from one direction to another. No dashes or anything. Just looking the other way while still standing in the same spot while doing it.

Is there a universal frame rate for all characters or does it vary? If it varies, where can I find the information on turn around frames?
