How many characters?

i was wondering.

The character keeps getting bigger but after a while, wont it be too big?

I was thinking maybe 40 characters this time but what about the next game? 50,60??

its getting too big. and it would suck if we lose some great characters who we all love to play as

how many characters do you think they will have this time around. and tell me what you think about too many characters
