Although I'm sorry to say I can't definitively answer your question in any type of mathematical answer, after having played for about 3 days now her dash seems very similar to her Melee counterpart except for ( and please comment and debate this) I believe it's easier to send opponents forward out of a forward dash A. ...................................... also as a side note I love your quote there regarding tiers
