How is the latency in MS of the PDP compared to the Gamecube controller?

If the Switch's usb hub is said to have more input lag than bluetooth controllers then how do Gamecube controllers with the adapter have less latency than bluetooth controllers in almost every latency test I read and how does the PDP compare to these bluetooth controllers like the PowerA Gamecube style controller and the Gamecube controller adapter latency wise?
