How have you personalized Project M?

How have you personalized Project M? Do you only have a few basic tweaks, or do you use a wide variety of modifications to improve your experience?

I haven't made too many changes to Project M, but I have made a few minor ones. I've replaced a few songs, all of which are changed to their original Melee version (Dr. Mario theme, Zelda theme, and Mario's victory fanfare), and I also have rainbow Final Destination (but not the icons, since putting them in seemed to laborious to be worth it). Other than that, my Project M build is vanilla.

I have just basic music additions.
But oh, what music it is.
Favorite addition of mine is probably adding Feint - Always Here as the menu theme (as it was at SKTAR 3).

Tons of different music for the menu and stages that get played on the most. Good bit of different character textures. Some diffetent stage textures. And a different announcer, da female one.
