How Does One Tether Cancel?

Hey Everyone :D

I was just watching some ZSS matches and i saw officer jenny and nairo both do this Tether Cancel on the Ledge. I've looked everywhere to find out what they're doing but i haven't had any luck in finding it. Can someone help pls

It's pretty simple actually. All you need to do is press down on the control stick while your tether is grabbing the ledge. Be careful when using this since your second jump and down b will not come back unless zss grabs the ledge or lands on stage

Be very careful when you are using this tech, I've done by accident multiple times and killed myself as a result.
