How Does Ancient Minister Take Damage?

Not sure if this should go in the Character section or General Brawl, since it has something to do with SSE...

I was wondering if anyone has any thoughts on how the AM takes damage. Do you think he has a percentage meter? Or does he have HP?

I personally think he has HP, especially because he floats in midair, a la master hand.

What does SWF think?
