How do you transfrom into Zero Suit Samus?

Is she like Zelda/Shiek and can go back and forth? Or (this one worries me) once a certain amount of damage is done does the armor break off to reveal her?

Joko... did you even read the sticky saying "Hold R to start the match as Zero suit samus"?

Sticky on top of the board. Hold R to start as ZSS. Hope it helped =)
