How do you stream the wii?

So i watch VGbootcamp very often, and i was wondering how they stream the wii. Their stream is actually really great quality too. I suspect i need some equipment, and i already have a capture card. Help?

Avermedia live gamer HD. but of course the wii is garbage 480p max, so no hdmi. How they hell do they stream the wii?

they have a capture card that takes component (and composite and s-video).

EDIT: If your capture card only has hdmi, you can buy a converter
