how do you shinespike as zangief in street fighte 5?

hi, zangief is the best character in street fighter 5 because he is stronger than ryu. ive been playing the zangief at high level competitive play for years now in street fighter 5, but one thing ive hqd trouble figuring out is the shinespike? i know how to shinespike as fox and not as falco because falco is bad, but how do i shinespike as zangief?
