Since no one seems to help ill help Flash-dash dance (moving back and forth really fast) and grabbing while at that state. Itll make ur grab faster

So I dash-dance on the spot, obviously having to go away from my opponent and then back towards my opponent, and then hit my grab button? Why would that make me grab faster, as opposed to a simple turn-dash grab?
