How do you perform a full speed gentleman?

N0ne does the gentleman at full speed. I can do the gentleman if I press A very slowly and hold it on the third press, but I would love to know how high-level falcon's do it full speed and consistently.

I can perform it with AAA

AA-Hold Z. This sometimes results in light-shielding after the third jab. I believe this was Hax's preferred method. If it was good enough for him it's good enough for me.
