How do you get out of Falco's kicking motion and F-Smash?

I'm up against this kid at my school who literally does nothing but use F-Smash, Up+B, and kicking while frequently pressing A, and it somehow works. He's using Falco. How the hell do you counter this successfully while on the ground, and wreck his ****? Need some good advice, so the kid doesn't rub his victory in my face each time.

Bait it out or beat it out, and punish it.

shield. run up shield, you can shieldgrab f-smash almost everytime, just roll away if you shield and he doesn't f-smash your shield, learn to destroy falco with u-throw > u-smash > u-airs etc. Hit him offstage as soon as you can and focus on your edgeguard. jump out and shinespike him everytime he's gonna have to up b below the ledge.

try camping on platforms, you can shield when he jumps at you, or drop on him with nair, bair, or empty land grab.
