How do you eat Diddy's peanuts?

Topic. I want to know how this is done, who can do it, etc.

Anyone can do it, you don't eat the actual peanut from the popgun, but sometimes they will break when they hit the ground and nuts will on the ground. This is only when you have items turned "on" though, even if you have items to 0% coming out but you have items turned on they will still appear
