How do you do a rising Forward Air?

So I've been made aware that rising forward air is a viable setup into several of Lucario's kill moves, but I am unaware of how to perform one, as well as what exact followups can be netted with it.

Can anyone enlighten me?

To do a rising Forward Air, you jump, then FAir right after the jump input.
