How do you beat Eldes Round in Pokemon XD

I can't beat Eldes in the Eldes Round. I like versed him 10 times but can't beat him. THis is my team for the round so can u give me some tips.

Second Team

Heracross - Salac Berry
Megahorn, Endure, Reversal, Earthquake

Mewtwo - Choice Band
Selfdestruct, Psychic, Brick Break, Flamethrower

Alakazam - Lax Incense
Psychic, Thunderpunch, Fire Punch, Protect

Lapras - Leftovers
Surf, Ice Beam, Thunderbolt, Protect

Dragonite - Shell Bell
Dragon Dance, Aerial Ace, Earthquake, Brick Break

Latios - Bright Powder
Psychic, Dragon Claw, Thunderbolt, Protect

I think Mewtwo isn't allowed so i'll use Snorlax instead for the explosion strategy.

isn´t it item clause, at isn´t Soul dew banned?

Fixed up the item clause and Soul Dew. Mewtwo now has brick break instead of recover.

Should Latios have helping hand instead of protect?
