How do I calculate knockback values at specific damage percents?

I see three values of knockback in BrawlBox: KB growth, Base KB, and Weight KB. Using these values, how do I calculate KB values at specific percents? Is there a formula for this?

Thanks for the spreadsheet. How do I use this for grounded attacks though? Do I put the ending lag for the attack under "L cancelled landing lag"?

it isn't equipped to calculate frame advantage of moves other than aerials
