How can I record replays from my TV onto my computer?

Try there. You'll need a capture card to start, which isn't more than $100, if I recall correctly.
Check out Vlade's Dazzle Tutorial or the Gamebridge guide. Once you acquire a capture card (if you plan on buying one), check those out. And as an alternative, you can ask someone to record a match for you, like Yoshqs topic. This section is for all things computer related.
