I think the same would apply to WFT. Some are pushover that beat and forget about, but the ones who have really got her down can be both scary and annoying.

I'll look at your main and secondary...

R.O.B. can be very annoying, especially online where there is lag. But good and calculated shielding is good against him.

Mewtwo is similar to R.O.B. in online conditions, where he is annoying in lag, but I do find after his buffs, Mewtwo is a lot more threatening, and thus, annoying to face wherever. Not a super annoying character, because his light weight does give him a weakness, which is good.
