I am not aware of a more general soft modding forum to go for this. I have not done anything to my sd card recently, but the homebrew channel can not detect any channels anymore. It knows when the sd card is inserted, but after 2-5 seconds of a loading icon, nothing comes up. I looked at my files and everything looks intact...

Bootmii has also been cleared of its settings. Should reinstall it or would a sd defrag be preferable?

Thanks

That's rather strange if they simply "deleted themselves". When's the last time that you used the SD card and are you positive that you didn't do anything to it?

I played last Saturday, no bugs. I'm pretty sure I had not put anything new onto it. My sd card was plugged into my comp however before trying to boot things up. I do remember that the computer did not list an option to remove the card "safely" like it does usually, but that is all.

eh..

Well, there is a small chance that unsafely removing devices screw things up. But it's highly uncommon, so I doubt it. I suggest reinstalling it all rather than just bootmii to prevent bricking the wii if you didn't make a backup of the entire SD on your computer.

As I was transferring my files onto the computer, I decided to try out another sd card with the channels. Homebrew found them, so it looks like the problem is my sd card itself. I am not fully convinced however, because my computer can still read them both.
