Sorry for making more than 2 threads in less than 6 hours, but this has got to be one of the most amazing video game accomplishments I've ever seen, and I wanted to share it with you guys.

I'm sure everyone here is at least familiar with Guitar Hero. Well what you are about to witness is the hardest song in the game by far get FC'ed (full combo'ed) for the 1st time by the greatest GH player in history.

Trust me when I say that this is inhuman.

I'll never understand why GH players get so much praise, a good guitar hero video always get much higher views than a cover of the same caliber.

Not to derail this thread, I mean the guy is good but it just peeves me as a musician in training to see such a simple game out-do real music. Now when you view a song on youtube you just see people saying "I can play this song, on guitar Hero."

This is one of the problems with Guitar Hero. The guy had to have had good reflexes to do this, but someone playing the same song on guitar and it wouldn't get even half as much praise. It definitely wouldn't get its own thread.

You bring up a very good point tbh. I guess it all has to do with popularity? And for some reason playing Guitar Hero is a lot more popular than actually playing a real guitar.

I guess times are changing for the better/worse?

Guitar Hero is more popular than real guitar because real guitars cost more, require a greater time investment, and don't have a scrolling list of notes telling you what to do. Guitar Hero is more accessible, so it's more popular.
