Hey all! SoniKupo here and its my first attempt to host an online tournament. (a themed one too >.>) With all this MetaKnight controversy floating around the General and Tactical Discussion Boards non-stop it gave me the idea to do a themed tournament using MetaKnight ONLY. This is just a fun tournament idea thats been on my mind for a while. Come, enjoy yourselves and join even if you don't main MetaKnight for some "lulz" and giggles.


Its my first tournament so I'll try my best to keep things running as smoothly as possible.

1st Round End Date & Time
Sunday 9th August.
UK Time: 11.00pm (I know I know >.> I changed it, something came up)
Washington DC: 6.00pm
Due to the fact that everyone's timezones are a little different from each other I just put America's capital here.

2nd Round End Date & Time
Wednesday 11th August.
UK Time: 11.00pm
Washington DC: 6.00pm

SEMI-FINAL Round End Date & Time
Saturday 15th August. (Finished early) ^_^

Tuesday 18th August (Winner will be decided by coinflip if you both don't turn up)
UK Time: 11.00pm

RULES

- If its lags, PLAY AT YOUR OWN RISK
- Title of Smash Child or higher is required to join. (Sorry) If I know and trust you, then I'll let it pass.
- 16 Entrants - (I'll make a Waiting List if it needs one)
- Best 2/3 in each set, 3/5 for the finals
- Single Elimination (1 loss and your out)
- If timer runs out having 2 participants with the same stock, the lowest % wins
- Coin flip will be used to determine winner if both participants aren't available
- Spamming is allowed
- Stalling is banned
- MetaKnight's IDC is banned
- No johns

- MetaKnight Only
- 3 stocks
- 8 minute timer
- Items are set as "OFF/NONE"

Planking needs to be legal. Meta Knight can beat it, after all. This tournament needs to be double-elimination. If you're allowing banned stages like Luigi's Mansion, I demand Corneria and Green Greens. Oh, and when you say spamming is allowed, I also assume that that means ledgegrabs.

Your doing this on purpose Straked... I'll stick to Single for now and re-edit the planking >.> Spamming? I was thinking of using repeated attacks non-stop like tornado / Dsmashing constantly.
