First off, I'm new, and I need help right away. That being, help on my project, or help finding where to post this (in case it shouldn't be here).
I made a custom CSS using CSS Organizer 2.0, but when I try to load it, the game freezes with a high-pitched beeping sound, and I have to unplug my Wii to turn it off. I'm pretty desperate to know why this is, because I cannot find a similar situation trying to look it up on Google.
This is what my CSS looks like in CSS Organizer (It looks different at the start up, but that is not the point of the post.):

In case the problem is that I put it in the wrong spot, I have it located in
Computer : SD Card (E
: private : wii : app : RSBE : pf : menu2 (There isn't supposed to be a smiley face there... It's actually a colon with a close parentheses.)
And it is saved in there as "sc_selcharacter.pac" I'm also using Gecko1931 to run my hacks if that is important.
Here are the codes I am using:
