I'll give you points for originality, but your set isn't sweeping any teams anytime soon. The main reason to use claydol is for spin (and sometimes stealth rock). It's a defensive utility. It is one of the few pokemon I would suggest toxic on, since it can use it to wear down dusknoir and other ghosts.

Togay. 60% chance at flinch with air slash, and 75 power with stab isn't too shabby. Spreading paralysis is never a bad thing, either. Your opponent has roughly a 20% or so chance at getting an attack off if they are paralyzed and are being attacked by air slash. Be careful that your opponent doesn't have an electivire when you're twaving, though. You could end up giving it a speed boost and ending up in a world of hurt. Your best shot at taking it down if it did get in would be claydol. On a side note, I would go with a more defensive EV spread. Maybe max hp and something like a bold nature. It really isn't going to be outspeeding much at 80 base speed. And I think you meant aura sphere. Togekiss doesn't learn any aura blast lol

As close to a gyarados counter that I've found. You'll have to pull some of those EVs out of sdef and into def or atk, though. It depends how you wanna counter it, by using a lot of def so you're 3HKOed, or pump atk so that you can OHKO it. For future reference, if you're going to just use a nature boost for one stat, and pump the other with EVs, it's more effective to give the nature boost to the higher stat.

That set didn't even work in adv. It isn't going to work in dp. Either put spin on this and toss claydol for something like a gliscor, or make it a more sweeperish starmie. Twave on stuff that doesn't need it is just begging for electivire to come in and ****.

Facade is utterly worthless on hera. Either close combat or megahorn are a lot stronger than it (and stone edge if it's se). Pursuit is nice for hitting pokes on the way out. If you go @scarf (adamant), counters gengar. @band (adamant or jolly) allows you to have more hitting power, although you won't be particularly fast. If you go @scarf this should be your lead.
