I google translated what I could and Greninja is option 1 and the virtual console thing is option 2. I guess it's just a free Greninja.

it's a free Greninja with the moves that it knows in Smash so it'll know Hydro Pump, Sustitute, Shadow Sneak and Water Shuriken. It's a rare thing for my Japanese skills to be useful for something haha
