In edit Options, set post bit to "Left"

After a while I got your basic attack pattern down. Spin charge, spin dash, combo, hit the ground, roll away, repeat.
That's why you had so much trouble killing him. The only other approach you could manage was a short hop bair; so when his damage finally got high enough it was greatly diminished. You clearly had very little idea how to set-up your d-smash or f-smash. Considering most of your aerial killers don't do jack-crap against Luigi's aerial priority, you really should have focused on your ground game more.
If you do more shield-grab->downthrow->tech-chase you can sneak those down and forward smashes in a lot easier.
