Is Hero as fast or faster than Sonic with accelerate??

I cringed a bit at the Fsmash KO on Mewtwo at 22%. I totally thought you were gonna land a critical there, and to my surprise, you didn’t! It was a regular blow!
then again, he’s really light. And Hero’s pretty strong.
