How do I keep calm against playing a human. Like I mini hop , tech l cancel sometimes even wavedashing against the computer on level 9 but when it comes to humans I just choke and do other stuff. I don't wavedashing, L cancel , tech, or even minihop.
What should I do?

practice
if you're failing against a person, you're still not quite committing your tech skill to muscle memory
so when you start getting nervous against a person, your tech skill is failing you

just give it time, practice more and play with people when you can. a general thing that happens when people learn advanced techs is they get a little worse before they get tremendously better (cuz you're still getting used to the game)

Everyone was nervous at their first tournament or there first serious match with another player. You'll get used to it, just keep playing.

You're used to playing against CPU's, and feel stressed out when playing people. Just play with people more, the whole stress factor will fade and you won't choke on easy stuff. I'm sure the same applies for playing in tournaments too.

I'm just going to piggyback.

It takes time. Even I haven't fully committed tech skill to memory (well i am 13 and i've only been playing pro for 3 months, so), it takes time.

fix the title of the thread

and really it's just practice. when I first started I had a hard time doing difficult things outside of the lab. You just have to do it and make yourself do it and you'll be fine

'tis a lie!

The serious match thing didn't really happen for me... friend of mine who had been playing for ages introduced me to the game, and I just got better till I started winning matches.
And well the first tourney thing, well I knew I wasn't going to win anyways... so why bother freaking out over trivial stuff? :D

This. Either you're (over)confident in your skills and know you can win a lot. In that case, you shouldn't freak out, but you'll definitely notice you're not as good as you think.
Or you know you'll get bodied hard, and in that case, there's no point in stressing out if you know the outcome.
