I need help solving a code. It is:

K4LI41H4II3131I4FJ4LF 4FLLBD4DIBHK9IHH3G6

The only clues I have are I=9, Q=8, Z=O. and that is z is equal to an 'oh,' not a zero. This is important, I need to solve it asap! Thanks for any help guys!
