Can somebody please tell me how to dash dance, i have been playing for a while and i still can't master it.

First you press left or right and then press the opposite direction. Do this very quickly.

I don't know what else to say...

Blame Brawl.

I may be wrong, but it may be near impossible to do it with some characters. The others you must press left/right ridiculously fast in order to pull it off.

Then you are not hitting the opposite direction quick enough. You need to tap the other direction before or just as the movement animation starts, otherwise momentum will be applied to your character creating a halt or a trot as you put it.

i figure how to do it, i guess i wasn't doing fast enough just like you said. still i can only so it for a short period of time
