Help with ZSS Tech...

So i practiced fox trot canceling with Captain Falcon and Marth and was able to learn how to 100% perform it by moving my control stick to a set BPM a little while back. Now that I am a definite ZSS main, i can't seem to get the timing for her specific fox trot cancel. If anyone could lend a helping hand by uploading a sound file to a set BPM or give me any advice; that would be greatly appreciated.

I've actually never heard of this method before or I'd try to help have you tried to just slow it down and possibly go to a map like omega green hill zone ?

The checkered blocks could make it easier to find the specific timings on when to input your next action better.

I myself don't always get it 100 % you know the heat of battle and all that jazz but it's nothing to hard lol.

I actually thought this was about stuff like tether canceling and down b edge cancels and the like haha.
