Help with toggling an irc chat in html

So I have a website with the following html code that I use for an irc chat.

<iframe src="http://webchat.quakenet.org/?channels=My_chats_name&amp;uio=MT1mYWxzZSY3PWZhbHNlJjEwPXRydWUd5" width="700" height="370" style="border:1px solid grey"></iframe>

I'm looking for a way to use html to toggle the chat on and off so that the chat disappears and text will move to replace its original location.



Also, I use quakenet IRC chat anyone know a better IRC chat I can use?

ANY HELP WILL BE GREATLY APPRECIATED!!!!!!!!
