Help with Texture package

Hello there I've recently downloaded a texture package made by Masterlinkx(http://www.youtube.com/comment_servlet?all_comments=1&v=Pyx2U2Ff3EI) from youtube and I successfully downloaded it...with a few problems

1.Can't choose the bottom 2 lines of characters (cant go past Ganondorf)
2 Can't start game without another player, cpu's don't work
3.Can't set names for people
4. Cant pick Sheik off of the Zelda sheik icon

Any help would be appreciated thanks.

PhantomWings made codes that must be used with that sort of character select screen. I don't remember what the thread was called. If codes are included in that video, I don't know what's wrong.
