Help with Short Hop Double Lasers

Alright, so I can shoot 2 once in a while from a short hop, but do I have to fast-fall as well? Because it don't seem possible to shoot 2 and fast fall as well. Also, what's the best way to move horizontally while doing it. Like I tilt the joystick left and right at what point? As soon as I jump, or after I press B?
I'm talking about Falco's lasers btw.

If you fast fall the Falco lasers, you will only be able to shoot one (though it gets you back to the ground faster). You can full jump and triple laser too, which is fun to do.

If you want horizontal movement, have the analog joystick already tilted where you want to move, jump, release the joystick, use Neutral-B. If you want to turn around and shoot, you'll have to jump, quickly tap the reverse direction on the joystick, return the joystick to neutral position, and then shoot lasers.

Just set up a dummy Fox or Falco on Final Destination and practice various laser techinques with dashes, hops, directional changes and, of course, follow-up attacks (especially with Falco lasers since they can stun your opponent).
