Hey, I was wondering if anybody could tell me how to install Kaillera or any other program that brings an emulator online to my Mupen64. I found a download for Mupen64K which comes with Kaillera, but my computer wasn't agreeing with it, so to speak. So I downloaded the offline version. I've been playing SSB64 on Mupen for a couple days but I want to take this thing online. None of the "tutorials" on youtube I can follow. I would very much appreciate it if somebody could give it to me in writing.

Thanks in advance

"Official Smash Index" (stickied)

All the important smash threads, with information for most questions you have. Has theads to online help, etc.

You haven't told us what the problem is, so we can't help you. Check the thread I posted to see if your question was already answered.

My guess is that you are using Mupen64 (no K). You cannot play online using that. You must download Mupen64K (with K) to play online.

To get to online, you go to "Utilities" > "Kaillera", bringing up another window. Right-click in the grid, then click on "Refresh Server List". A bunch of servers should show up. Most of the smash players go on the server called "GodWeapon's Best of the Best EmulinkerSF Server. To find this easily, click on the "Users" tab, and head to the bottom. It's the one with the most users in it.

Before you enter the server, give yourself a Username by clicking on the bottom left box, and type in a username. Then double-click the server to enter it.

The problem with Mupen is not many people use it. There are some people that use it, but most people use project64k.
