Help with grabs

Hi sheik boards I would like to ask, as sheik what grab should I be doing? JC'ed grabs boost grabs or something else?

Most of the time you will see good players use boost grab so they can threaten more space or tech-chase more effectively. JC grab is only really useful if your target is very close to you.
Occasionally people will pivot-grab but it doesn't happen too much given sheik's small dash-dance range. You see wavedash->grab more frequently.
