Help with Error Cios/222/223 V4 Required For BCA

So I'm trying to get pm to work on my Wii through cfg-usb when i start it everything loads fine untill the end where Error Cios/222/223 V4 Required ForBCA comes up it still boots the game i see the Project M starting screen and then it goes black
what do i do?!
