Help with editing FAF

[Just a random scrub]

Hey, so I'm trying to change the FAF of some character's attacks using Crazy Hand. (For those who don't know, that's the amount of time until you can interupt the animation).

But, er, I'm having trouble doing it. I know, I know, there's the FSMs, and they have been pretty helpful, but there's nothing if you just want to alter the FAF. What can I do?

What do you mean there's nothing? Does the move not have IASA frames? You're supposed to edit this (Mario's F-Air as an example):
