now i know there is a thread that claims to be of use for all pinacle dazzles models 100+ but it does not apply to me and my white dazzle(DVC 100). the reason being is that all of the other dazzles seem to come with pinnacle studio sumtin or other, but my dazzle comes with pinnacle instant dvd recorder. this software offers no options what so ever, and the thing that hurts me the most is that it only can record in 29.5 fps. now an average runs at 60 fps which makes all of my recorded videos look like soe rev amped garbage. i dnt know what to do, and i tried searching the web for some other mans of capturng the streaming video produced by my pinnacle but to no avail. i dnt know what to do. any help would be greatly appreciated.

thx in advance

The answer to your question would be NO.

The last version of Studio that could even be used with the DVC 100 was Studio 10. Since that is discontinued now, there is really no more support for it.

Honestly, just shell out a few dollars and buy a new device--you will be glad you did. ;)

Should have come with Pinnacle Studio 10 also (mine did). The NTSC standard is 29.97 fps, and PAL is at 25 fps. I don't think the Dazzle can take 60 fps. S-Video (which the Dazzle does have an input for) supposedly looks better than the regular yellow video cable (I don't have an S-Video source), but I think it's still stuck in standard def.
