Help with capture device OR suggest me a new one

I have a ADS Tech PYRO A/V Link. Whenever I try to record however, the frames freeze up and jitters around. I presumed it was from overheating, so I let it cooldown for 1-2 hours. However, it still freezes up! Does anyone know what I can do?

If not, suggest me a new capture device/card. The problem is, however, I have Vista 64-Bit Premium. :( Help?
