Help wanted with Lucas!

I have started playing Smash 4 since about a month ago, and throughout that time have I mained in Lucas. I have read up on all the guides, tips, and review I can and I simply can't get the hang of it. Here is an example of my gameplay:

I won purely from luck, and I lose around 75% of the time. I was hoping one of you were to help me out a ton in my gameplay by giving me some pointers on how to improve my gameplay.
