My wifi hasn't been working for more than a week now due to a new fire wall. I've tried everything, I've even tried shutting off the fire wall, but then I checked on the computer and it said even shutting off the fire wall won't help in some cases.
I'm hoping someone can tell me how to fix this. I'm thinking that the only solution now is to get a new fire wall that will allow my wifi to work. Is their a specific type of fire wall that will allow my wifi to work?
(Uninstalling the fire wall is not an option because my mom would not want to risk getting a virus)
