Help my Marth

Just started learning Marth in Brawl. He sorta plays the same as melee Marth but not entirely. Lemme know what im doing wrong or what i should be doing instead.

It's hard to help your Marth when you're not actually losing. By the way I only watched your first two vids
and the last.


You are completely superior in mind games and technical efficency compared to your opponent. I could very easily give a digest of how to improve E11's game a lot. (Hell, he seems unaware of just how Marth works in most cases).

You on the other hand? You had pretty good spacing... Knew how to abuse your opponent with simplish mind games (by simplish I don't mean not good, nor not effective - I just mean they are quite easy to see by the eye).

What I can comment on though is:
You shieldbreaker too often, holy crap.
I didn't notice too much aerial work. Is it a weak point for you?

Try to find an opponent who you continually lose against. The best way to help a Marth is too see what they do and how they think under pressure. If I'm vsing a newb-ish type of guy I could probably just throw and fsmash the whole match and win. Because of the better spacing etc etc. If I posted the video of that what would people say? "Well, you just throw and fsmash! BUT YOU WON!"

Yeah, I hope you get what I mean. Good Marth from what I can see otherwise.
