I had to replace mmy modem and it can connect to the net fine. However, My Netgeae router cannot get a connection so therefore I cannot connect wirelessly.
The desktop connection is working fine.

I looked it up and it seems to be an IP conflict as the router and the computer have the same IP addressd

Here's a text dump of ipconfig/all if it helps.
Code:

The router is currently at it's factory settings.

How would I go about logging in the router and changing the IP address of the router?

If this is an IP conflict issue then the good thing is you can do it in windows (assuming that's what you have.) Click the start button click on my network places if it doesn't open up your actual connections then click view network connections on the side panel... then find Ethernet adapter Local Area Connection 5 and double click it, then open up the tab that says support and click repair on that page.
That will make sure there are no IP collisions on your network and try to assign it a new IP. Tell me what happens after that if everything works and what not...
